How do I cancel an appointment?

To cancel an appointment, you can call, text or email us and give us your name and appointment date that needs to be canceled. You can also use the contact form to the left. However, the easiest way to cancel an appointment is to download our Vagaro App (iOS | Google Play). From there, you can create a login (using the email you used when making the original appointment) and cancel the appointment.

How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment, you can call, text or email us to make an appointment, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. However, the fastest way to check our availability is to use our “Book Now” button to view our entire calendar online. You can also download our Vagaro App (iOS | Google Play). From there you can create a login and make the appointment.

Where are you located?
We are located at 106 Mission Court, Suite 801 Franklin, TN 37067. Many people are familiar with “My Second Home Pet Resort” and “Graham’s Living” on Cool Springs Blvd. We are behind them at the end of the cul-de-sac in the red brick buildings – building #8.
Will I get confirmation calls, text or emails?
We do not make calls to remind you about your appointment. Instead, we have an automated system that will email and/or text you to confirm your appointment 72 hours before and then remind you 24 hours before your appointment.
Will I be charged for missing my appointment?
We do not charge first-time clients for missing their first appointment with us. However, if you would like to make a second appointment, we will ask for a credit card in order to reserve your next appointment with us. For clients that miss a second appointment, they will need to give a credit card which will be saved to their profile and will be charged $35 for missing their second appointment. Clients who continue to miss appointments will either be charged the full amount to their credit card or will be deducted a massage from their package. Emergencies will always be taken into consideration.
